DiviDiaper Inc. and DiviDiaper Ohio Ltd. ("DiviDiaper," "we," "us") run dividiaper.com. This page explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us through three forms on this site.
- Get updates: your email address.
- Share your story: your first name, email address, the story you write, and whether you give permission to share it.
- Send a message: your name, your role (for example parent or caregiver, or hospital or health system), an optional hospital or facility name, your email address, and your message.
Our web host and font provider also receive standard technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, when your browser loads the page.
How we use it
- To reply to you.
- To send occasional updates about DiviDiaper if you signed up for updates.
- To understand what families, caregivers, and care teams need.
We share a story outside DiviDiaper only if you gave permission when you submitted it, and only in the way that permission covers, which is to help advocate for better care. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Please keep it general
Please do not include medical record numbers, a child's full name or date of birth, or other details that could identify a patient. DiviDiaper is not a healthcare provider, and this site is not a place to share medical records or ask for medical advice. In an emergency, contact your care team or emergency services.
Who handles your information
Form submissions are processed by Formspree (formspree.io), a form service, and delivered to our team's email at divi@dividiaper.com. This site is hosted on Replit. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads. These providers handle information only to provide their service to us and are governed by their own privacy policies.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies or trackers at this time. If that changes, we will update this page.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep your information until you ask us to delete it or you unsubscribe. Email divi@dividiaper.com to see, correct, or delete what we hold, to withdraw permission to share your story, or to stop receiving updates.
Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Parents and caregivers may write about a child's experience, but please keep identifying details out.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the update here and change the date above.
